INVESTIGATING PROTEIN PARTNERS OF ATMKK1 AS PART OF THE MAPK SIGNALING PATHWAY DURING SALT STRESS

چکیده

Mitogen-activated protein kinase cascades are one of the many systems that allow plants to survive and defend themselves against pathogens other environmental stresses. Numerous scientific investigations rendered insights molecular signaling pathways take place in an event a stress such as soil salinity. Despite known functions locations proteins play role these pathways, very little is about upstream partners. In this paper, we elucidate biological Arabidopsis thaliana MKK1 through data mining predominantly from STRING BAR databases. Results revealed AtMEKK1 CRLK1 addition, AtMKK2 was further analyzed redundant AtMKK1.
